This is a unique pre-holiday workshop to help you be the stellar hostess during Thanksgiving and Christmas and to wow your family and friends with amazing food! Meredith Leigh will be teaching skills to create beautiful meats for a charcuterie board. Jeff Daniell will be teaching us how to create a fabulous holiday roast with elegant side dishes to impress any guest. We will also be doing pairing with the charcuterie including wine, cheese, and jams. It's a packed two days, ending with a wonderful sit down dinner to toast our created masterpieces!
